Wards Accounting Group was first established in 1964 by Maurice Ward and some of the initial clients are still with us today. Our first office was in Camden, and we are still in Camden today, servicing the whole of the Macarthur area as well as the greater Sydney area.

Damien Ward joined Maurice in 1997 and the Wards Accounting brand began to grow. In 2008 Christina Sawyer joined the team bringing with her a wealth of experience in the Accounting and Taxation fields. This experience and dedication saw Christina become partner in 2010. Ross Cassone joined the team in 2014 and become partner in 2017 and the business continues to grow, with more and more clients coming on board from further afield. Our staff and partners are happy to travel off site, once again with our clients' requirements being our number one focus.

Our team of dedicated and experienced staff have become an integral part of our business as well as familiar contacts for our clients.

Our staff regularly attend training, seminars and webinars to keep their skills and knowledge up to date, in order to provide the most current and meaningful information to our clients. We have staff who are experienced and dedicated to the Self-Managed Super Funds, offering advice, audit and all other requirements of the SMSF owner.

To keep up with our ever-expanding client base, we have also expanded our office space and staffing arrangements to keep up with the evolving needs of accounting and taxation. We are able to offer our clients a large boardroom for holistic meetings, allowing for a larger attendance. We also have the facility to offer space for training days and corporate functions.
